We are Qiana & Jason Didricksen. We have been married since 2008, and live in Maple Valley with our three young sons. We work as a team to assist with all your real estate needs. You will find information on us, as well as our other team members below, but first we'd like to share just a little bit about our business philosophy with you... Over the years, we've discovered that all buyers and sellers have the same basic questions when selecting a Real Estate Broker to represent them: Are you good at what you do? Can I trust you? Do you care about me? So, let's take a moment and address those questions.

We're good at what we do.

We have 20+ years combined real estate experience, and have been through everything from the collapse of the market in 2009/2010 to booming “seller’s markets”, and everything in between. We understand how to advise you in whatever the current environment might be. That’s important, because the only consistent thing about the real estate market is change, and change happens quickly. Hiring a Broker with actual first hand experience in different market conditions, who can pivot quickly when needed, is critical.

We care about you, a lot, and you can trust us.

We believe those two things go hand in hand. You see, our business is built on referrals, or "word of mouth" advertising. What does that mean to you? It means we have very little interest in selling you ONE home. We would rather assist with EVERY home you buy or sell in the future, and have you come out of each experience so thrilled with the process that you can't help but tell a friend. Our business is "relational" not "transactional", meaning that we care a lot more about our relationship with you, and the trust that has been built, than selling any single home. We want to be your real estate resource for life, and we want you to be EXCITED to refer us to family and friends. We would love the opportunity to earn your business, and your trust.

Qiana Didricksen

Qiana is a seasoned veteran and local market expert with a true passion for all things real estate. She has been a Real Estate Broker since 2007, selling well over $100 Million worth of real estate and is considered a "top producer" within our brokerage, and the industry as a whole. She grew up in Issaquah, and has lived and worked all over the Eastside for the last 35 years. When she's not busy selling homes, Qiana loves spending weekends in Eastern Washington, and hanging out with Jason and their three young sons.

Jason Didricksen

Jason joined the team in 2018 making the business a true family affair. He brings years of experience in public service and retail management to the table, which translates well into his real estate career. Jason was born and raised in the PNW, growing up on Vashon Island. He loves spending time outdoors- camping, fishing, boat rides with the family, and spending time at the family cabin in Eastern Washington are his favorite activities.

Lauren Hembry

Lauren is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. With over seven years of experience in the industry, she brings a modern, service-oriented approach to every transaction. Her calm, thoughtful guidance makes her especially effective with first-time homebuyers and those seeking personalized support throughout the process. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative with a background in property management, Lauren offers well-rounded insight and expertise. Outside of real estate, she enjoys exploring the beauty of Washington and spending quality time with her family.
